My pet looks sad or hungry. What should I do?

Check the icons at the top: bowls are food, suns are joy. Feed your pet, play with the ball or a mini game, and pet it. Each meal or game fills one icon.

How does my pet grow up?

Pets grow from baby to teen and then to adult over real days. How you care for them decides which of four adult forms they become. Discovered forms are saved in your album.

I bought coins but did not receive them.

Close the app completely and open it again — purchases that were interrupted are delivered on the next launch. If they still do not appear, write to us with the date of the purchase (you can find it in your App Store purchase history).

Can I move my pet to a new phone?

Game data is currently stored on the device. Moving progress between devices is planned for a future update.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Open the game’s Settings (gear icon) and use the Notifications switch, or go to iOS Settings › Raise Your Pets › Notifications.

Can I ask for a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
